• integration_id (str): 通知の送信に使用される Slack インテグレーションの ID。
• title (str): 送信される通知のタイトル。
• message (str): 送信される通知の本文。
• severity (AlertSeverity): 送信される通知の重大度（INFO、WARN、ERROR）。
• action_type (Literal[NOTIFICATION]):

戻り値: SendNotification オブジェクトを返します。
