gcc がない環境で wandb Python ライブラリをインストールするにはどうすればよいですか?

wandb のインストール時に、次のようなエラーが表示される場合:

unable to execute 'gcc': No such file or directory
error: command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1

ビルド済みの wheel から psutil を直接インストールします。https://pywharf.github.io/pywharf-pkg-repo/psutil/ で、お使いの Python のバージョンとオペレーティングシステムを確認してください。

たとえば、Linux 上の Python 3.8 に psutil をインストールするには、次のようにします。
